I'm sure given time, I'll publish my entire autobiography on LiveJournal.

If you like what you see, and want to add me as a friend so you can follow my entries, feel free. I do tend to friend people back, but if I don't, please don't take it personally. Your journal might just not be my style. I see the Friends list as more my reading list. Of the people on the list I currently only know four of them IRL.

In a nutshell...

I have been many things in my life; student, soldier, fast food manager, telephone systems installer, computer repair technician, team leader, group manager, and photographer. I have seen sunsets in the Rocky Mountains and sunrises in the German Alps. I have lived in Maryland, Colorado, Illinois, Georgia, Kentucky, Nebraska, Pennsylvania and Texas. I have been married and divorced twice and been at the birth of all three of my daughters.

I post a lot of photographs. You can automatically assume that I took them unless I specifically say so in the post.

Due to some personal issues, after 10 years of posting publicly my journal has gone FRIENDS ONLY. There are still some public entries, mostly from LJ Idol. You'll have to comment if you'd like to be added to view anything further.

The list of links below is a pretty good summary for new people

I figure that this will help anyone interested catch up with who I am other than a guy who now posts daily photos and doesn't really write much...

Of course there's more, and anyone is welcome to go back to the beginning and read everything if they want, but there are an awful lot of short useless posts and meme posts to get in the way of any real content I may have missed.

This is one thought to always remember:

Wholly attributed to XKCD

Oh, and I have only one filter... The one keeping my family out of things I don't want them to see. If you're not related to me, I tend to automatically put you in it...
